Two names, one company.
Real Workforce is the HR and payroll product. It is built and operated by Real Secure — REAL SECURE IT INFRASTRUCTURE LLC — an IT infrastructure and security company based in Dubai. One is what you sign in to; the other is who you are contracting with, and whose name is on the invoice.
What the product does
Real Workforce handles the employee record and everything hanging off it: payroll runs and the WPS salary file, leave and attendance, end-of-service gratuity and final settlements, recruitment, performance reviews, and Emiratisation and document-expiry compliance — for companies operating in the UAE, including groups running several legal entities at once.
It is built for the rules that actually apply here rather than adapted from somewhere else. Annual leave is counted in calendar days and paid at the full wage; gratuity is calculated on basic; DIFC and ADGM entities follow their own rules rather than the mainland's. Those are not settings somebody has to discover — they are what the system does.
Built by a security company
Real Secure's work is IT infrastructure and security. That is worth stating on a page like this only if it shows up in the product, so here is where it does — each of these is a property of the system rather than a description of our intentions, and each is checked automatically before anything is deployed.
- Each customer's data has its own keySensitive fields are encrypted per customer rather than under one key for everybody, and the key that wraps them is held in a managed key vault rather than in the application or its configuration. Revoking one customer's key does not touch anybody else's data — and cannot be undone by redeploying.
- Separation is enforced by the database, not remembered by the codeEvery table that belongs to a customer carries row-level security, forced at the database. A query that forgets to filter by customer returns nothing rather than returning somebody else's rows. That is the difference between an isolation guarantee and an isolation convention, and there is a test suite whose only job is to try to cross the line.
- The audit record cannot be missing for a change that happenedApprovals, salary revisions, payroll runs and settlements are recorded in the same database transaction as the change itself. Either both are committed or neither is. An audit trail written afterwards, on a best-effort basis, is one that is silently incomplete exactly when something went wrong.
- Looking is recorded, not only changingReading a salary or a bank account is written to the audit record the same way editing one is. Most systems log writes and leave reads invisible, which answers the wrong question: the usual concern is not who changed a salary, it is who looked at one.
- Three limits on reach, not oneWhat somebody can see is bounded by their role, by the legal entities they are attached to, and by their own reporting line — separately and at once. A manager approves their team's leave without ever being shown what the team earns.
An HR system holds salaries, passports, bank accounts and medical absences — the most sensitive records most companies keep about their own people. We would rather describe how it is protected than assert that it is.
