The questions that come after the price.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
No. Setting up your entities, importing your employees and configuring leave policies is part of the subscription, and you can do it yourself during the trial. If you want us to run the migration for you we will quote for it, and you will see the figure before anybody starts.
Is VAT included in these prices?+
No — prices exclude VAT, which is added at the prevailing UAE rate. Invoices are issued as UAE tax invoices so they are claimable in the normal way.
What does a 40-person company actually pay?+
The base covers your first 25 employees, and you pay per active employee above that — so a 40-person company pays the base plus 15. Nothing is charged for people who have left: somebody who goes in March stops counting from March, and their records stay for the history and the gratuity calculation.
Can I bring our existing data in?+
Yes. Employees, salary history, leave balances and documents import from spreadsheets, and opening balances exist precisely so a mid-year switch does not lose what happened before it. Doing it during the trial is the point of the trial.
What support is included?+
Email and WhatsApp support on every plan, answered from the UAE during working hours, and the help centre is public so you can read it before you buy. Nobody is charged extra for asking how something works.
Am I locked in for a year?+
No. Billing is monthly and you can stop at the end of a month. Your data stays exportable while the account is open, and if you close it we delete it on request rather than holding it as leverage.
What happens when the trial ends?+
The workspace becomes read-only rather than disappearing, so you can still get your data out. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and there is no card on file to charge.
Still the fastest way to know: use it.
A trial is your own workspace with your own employees in it, and it answers the question a price list cannot — whether it handles your payroll. No card.
