What we collect, and what we don't.

We count page views to see which pages are worth writing next. The identifier is built from a secret that changes every day and is not readable outside our database, so the same person visiting on Monday and Tuesday is two unrelated records. We cannot tell who you are, and we cannot follow you between days. This runs whether or not you accept cookies, because it does not identify anyone.

If you press Accept, we load Google Analytics. It sets a cookie, gives your browser an identifier, and tells Google which pages you looked at. That lets us see, for example, whether an article actually led anybody to ask for a demo.

Until you accept, the tag runs with storage switched off: no cookie is set and no identifier is sent. If you decline, it stays that way. Declining costs you nothing — every page and every calculator works exactly the same.

We never send Google your name, email, phone number, company, or anything you type into a calculator. What we do send is that something happened and which page it happened on: a demo was requested, a trial started, a calculator was used, the contact form was sent.

Salary figures, dates and leave balances are sent to our server to be calculated and are not stored against you. We keep no record tying a calculation to a person.

We keep what you put in the form — your name, work email, company, and phone if you gave one — so we can send you the sign-in link and, if it looks useful, follow up. That is a business record and we keep it until you ask us not to.

The demo workspace itself is yours alone and holds invented data. It expires: when it does, every sign-in for it is withdrawn and the workspace is closed and scheduled for erasure. Nothing you typed into it survives that.

Clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will ask again. To have us delete the details you gave us, write to info@realworkforce.ae and say so — we do not need a reason.
