Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Real Workforce. If you created the workspace, you accepted them on behalf of your company. Please read the Privacy Policy alongside them — it explains what we do with data, which is the part most people actually want to know.

Version 2026-08-26

Who these terms are between

Between Real Workforceand the company whose name was given when the workspace was created. Where these terms say “you”, they mean that company. An employee who signs in with an account their employer created is covered by their employer's agreement, not by a separate one of their own.

What you may use it for

To run HR and payroll for your own business — your employees, your entities, your records. You may not resell access, use it to process another company's payroll as a service without our agreement, or attempt to reach data belonging to another customer.

Trials

A trial is a full workspace with your own data in it, for a limited period, at no charge and with no card required. Nothing is billed unless you choose a paid plan. If the trial ends without one, the workspace becomes read-only rather than disappearing, so you can still get your data out.

A demo is different: it contains invented data, it is not yours to rely on, and it expires. When it does, access is withdrawn and the workspace is closed and scheduled for erasure.

Your data is yours

You own what you put in. We process it to run the service for you and for nothing else — we do not sell it, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.

You can export it while your account is open. If you close your account, tell us and we will delete it; otherwise it is retained for a limited period and then erased. Erasure is cryptographic — your workspace has its own encryption key, and destroying that key is what makes the data unrecoverable.

What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We will run the service with reasonable skill and care and tell you promptly if something goes wrong with your data. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable.

[To be completed before launch: service levels, limitation of liability, indemnities and governing law. These are commercial and jurisdictional decisions rather than descriptions of how the software behaves, and a plausible invented figure here would be worse than a visible gap.]

Compliance is yours to get right

The product calculates gratuity, leave and payroll against published UAE law and shows you the article it used. That is a tool, not advice, and it does not make us responsible for your compliance. You remain the employer.

Changes to these terms

When we change them materially we bump the version shown above and ask you to accept the new one the next time you sign in. You will not find them quietly altered underneath you.
