Raising a support request
The two ways to reach us, and which one to use when you cannot get into the product at all.
There are two routes, and the difference is whether you can sign in.
From inside the product
Use Support in the sidebar. A request raised there arrives with your account, your company and the screen you were on already attached, so nobody has to ask who you are before they can start. You can read the replies in the same place.
When you cannot sign in
Use the form on the support page. It does not need an account, which is the whole point of it: a support channel that requires signing in fails at exactly the moment somebody needs it most.
Tell us the company name and the email address you sign in with. Both are how a request gets matched to the right workspace — without them the answer is slower, because the first reply has to be a question.
What helps
The screen you were on, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a number looks wrong, the one you expected and the one shown. Screenshots are welcome once a thread exists; the public form takes text only, on purpose, because attachments from unauthenticated senders are a category of risk nobody needs.
